Gary, a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, excels in business development and management. With a track record of leading successful companies, he's a master in operations, sales, and finances, achieving revenue targets consistently. His expertise spans logistics, purchasing, supply chain, HR, and marketing, with a knack for cost reduction and profit optimization. Gary is a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and team leader, fostering strong relationships across organizations. He advises executives and enjoys family, community, and sports in his personal life.

A Pittsburgh native, Doug is a Customer Service, HR and Operations expert. Holding executive positions, including a Board of Directors seat throughout his 30+ years in the Distribution Industry, Doug has built a reputation for commitment to excellence, a talent for team building, and a relentless drive to enhance operational performance. Outside of work Doug enjoys spending time with his wife of 27 years and his three children, golfing with his son, and volunteering locally.

Jasmine Tomblin, RN

LEAD CLINICIAN

Jasmine is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. She has experience in various clinical settings, including the Emergency Department at Fairview Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic and the J82 Heart & Lung Transplant Stepdown Unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. She also holds several certifications, including ACLS and BLS. Jasmine is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care and has a passion for training and developing caregivers.

Bob, a Pittsburgh native, earned a Business Administration degree in 1993 from Indiana University of PA. Over 30 years, he's held multiple roles such as Broker, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and National Account Manager, contributing to the growth of various businesses. He's received awards for managing divisions in Independent, Family-owned, and Fortune 100 companies across the nation. Beyond work, Bob is a certified PADI diver, collector, sports enthusiast, traveler, and poker player.

Since 2009, Jim and his family have called Cleveland home. He holds an Accounting degree from Geneva College and has held key roles such as VP of Sales and Marketing for a $750m wholesale distributor and VP of Program Development for a major retail trade association. Jim excels in building partnerships around mutual success while nurturing a passion for helping others. In his free time, he's a football enthusiast, enjoys travel, and cherishes moments with his family.

Joe is a results-driven strategic growth, and operations leader with a track record of driving change and exceeding expectations. With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully managed large-scale business transformation initiatives and is known for his ability to empower and mentor high-caliber teams. When he’s not working with his team you can find him playing golf with his daughters, pretending to be a rock star in his basement or at the gym fending off father time.
